I have passion for real estate because I have keen interest in managing natural resources such as lands and man-made resources like buildings. These together forms part of real estate. I am responsible for developing business and marketing strategies to increase sales of properties through renting and selling of both residential and commercial properties. I am also an integral member of my team and we work together to achieve a common goal. I refer to them as ‘Teams’ and not staffs or employees. These keeps us united and increase the level of our team spirit. You can call me your ‘Real Estate Expert’ should in case you forget my name. I am open to building networks with connections out of my expertise. I am good at communication and interpersonal relationships. I am capable of making clients feel so comfortable as though we have been friends for many years. In simple terms I manage and control businesses and serve people. One of my biggest dream is to serve people and help them make their dreams come true. I am currently doing a research on how to develop a property using old methods and materials that is more cost effective to build modern homes. Old ways are always the best. I help clients to save money but get the job done the best way. I’m also a member of Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association and National Association of REALTORS®️.
